For many years Formic has worked closely with police forces throughout the UK to reduce the burden of paperwork on frontline staff and tackle issues such as activity analysis or stop search automation. Formic has recently introduced a new Activity Based Costing (ABC) Validation module that fully integrates into the r4 data capture system. The ABC module has been developed specifically to conform to the updated mandate that requires all UK Police forces to submit data to the Home Office once a year. The module has been designed for maximum flexibility to accommodate individual force requirements. Once data is validated it can then be exported to financial costing software.
