Every customer with a valid support agreement is now able to take advantage of Formic's brand new eLearning system. The comprehensive set of learning modules enables users to top-up or refresh their classroom training at any time of the day or night - all that’s needed is access to the web.
The modules have been carefully designed to deliver bite-size training so that knowledge on a specific topic is acquired in one sitting. Users walk through a simulated version of Fusion and can practice their skills in a safe environment and at their own pace.
The system was developed to help users maintain and improve the skills acquired during classroom training and thereby increase overall customer satisfaction. As the number of users grows, there will be the potential to join user forums and engage with the wider community of users.
